Sick Policy Guidelines

Your child's safety is our top priority and our greatest responsibility. For the protection of our staff and students, Wildwood has adapted to the following regulations:

  • Acute cold

  • Green colored runny nose

  • Nausea/Vomiting

  • Fever of 99 or higher

If your child has any of the symptoms listed above, he/she may not return to school the next day.

​

​Parents are required to notify the school if their child or family member has been exposed to any infectious diseases, so appropriate sanitation and extensive cleaning can take place.

​

Here are some of the safety measures our school is taking to keep your children safe:

  • Increased hand washing and use of hand sanitizer throughout the day for all students and staff.

    • Especially before and after snack time, playground time, and lunch time 

  • Daily cleaning for all classrooms, restrooms, playground equipment, and high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and stair railings.
